Accommodation Rules

The Accommodation Rules are valid from 1 January 2020.

Each guest is obliged to get acquainted with the accommodation rules.

1. The pension is entitled to accommodate only a duly registered guest. For this purpose, the guest must present their valid ID card or passport or other valid proof of identity immediately upon arrival.
2. The rooms are non-smoking. Guests can use the common room terrace or the terrace belonging to their room for smoking.
3. Guests are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances in the rooms, this does not apply to leachers for personal hygiene of the guest (shavers, hair dryers, etc.).
4. Guests will receive two keys upon arrival at the guest house. One from the room (we recommend locking the rooms) and the key from the main entrance to the reception, without which access to the building is not possible. If the bikes are stored, another key from the storage room will be available to you.
5. Breakfast is served in the common room from 08:00 until 10:00. The food is not served !!
6. Daily cleaning is included in the price. If you do not want to clean the rooms, please hang on the handle not to clean the sign.
7. Bed linen for long stays will be changed once a week. If guests want to change towels, they must leave the used in the shower tray.
8. Before the guest leaves, the rooms will be inspected for property damage or theft of room equipment.
9. There is a fire alarm directive, an escape route plan and a first aid kit at the reception of the pension.
10. The pension is responsible for damage to things that were brought to the pension by or for the accommodated person, unless the damage occurred otherwise. Items are brought in that have been brought into the premises, which are reserved for accommodation or storage, or which have been handed over for safekeeping to one of the employees of the boarding house for this purpose.
11. The pension is liable for damage to stored items only if the items have been handed over to one of the employees of the pension for safekeeping.
12. The boarding house is liable for jewelery, money and other valuables without any restrictions only if these items have been taken into custody by the boarding house or if the damage has been caused by the actions of a boarding house employee.
13. The right to compensation must be exercised at the pension without undue delay, but no later than 15 days after the day on which the injured party became aware of the damage.
14. The guest uses the room for the agreed time. If the accommodation time has not been agreed in advance, the guest will check out the stay no later than 10:00 on the last day and is obliged to vacate the room by this time. If he does not do so, the pension is entitled to charge him for the next day’s stay.
15. In the room and on the premises of the pension, the guest may not move the equipment, perform any interventions in the electrical network or other installations without the consent of the pension management.
16. A common room is available for visitors.
17. Upon departure, the guest is obliged to close the water taps in the room, turn off the lights in the room and its accessories, and close the door.
18. In the period from 22:00 to 7:00 the guest observes the night quiet, ie does not disturb other guests staying in the pension.
19. For accommodation and other services provided, the guest is obliged to pay the prices in accordance with the valid price list.
20. The guest pays for the damage he does not prove, unless he proves that he did not cause it.
21. The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these accommodation regulations. In case of violation, the pension has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of accommodation services before the end of the agreed period.
